A: The resident is responsible for heat, electricity, water/sewer/trash (based on occupancy and consumption), cable, phone, and internet.

Q: WHAT IS THE PET POLICY?
A: We are a pet-friendly community with breed restrictions. Please note that we require a refundable pet deposit of $200, a non-refundable pet fee of $200, and monthly pet rent ($25/cat, $40/dog).

Q: IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
A: Yes. There are stalls available for a monthly fee.

Q: IS SUBLETTING ALLOWED?
A: No.

A: Residents are responsible for in-home internet service.

Q: WHAT TYPES OF LEASE TERMS ARE AVAILABLE?
A: Generally, 12-24 month lease agreements are available.

A: Generally, a maximum of 2 occupants per bedroom is allowed. See below details:

A: We generally require 2.5x the rent in verifiable income

A: Yes, renters must maintain liability coverage during the tenancy. We encourage you to use our preferred partner, eRenters.

Q: ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES REQUIRED?
A: Yes, a $4 Utility Billing Fee/mo will be automatically applied to your account.

Q: WHAT IS INVOLVED IN THE APPLICATION PROCESS?
A: A $50 non-refundable fee is required to process your application. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent, and is refundable if the application is denied.
