Thank you for your interest in Heritage House Apartments. Our building is on the Historical Register. There are 58 One-bedroom apartments, with large rooms and windows. A unique feature of our building is and indoor atrium adjacent to our resident Activity Room. There is elevator service, emergency response call cords in bedrooms and bathrooms of each apartment.

Within one block there is bus service, a small grocery store, Mears Park and Galtier Plaza. Our downtown location provides convenient access to banking, theaters and other cultural activities as well as shopping.

Please read the rental criteria and if you believe you fit into the parameters, complete all the documents as requested and return them. We update our Wait List As completed applications are received. When an apartment becomes available we will call those on the Wait List in order of the date their application is received. Please be thorough about stating your previous addresses, income information, Social Security and identification numbers on the application. Incomplete applications will be returned and the senders name will not be added to the Wait List. We will contact you by phone or mail when we have an available apartment for your consideration and will ask for your social security and I.D. cards when we visit to discuss verification of your household information.
